All enquiries are managed initially by telephone where our engineers can diagnose the problem, and resolve the issue over the phone where possible. If onsite support is required, our engineers are equipped and able to attend in a Covid-secure manner.
- Spare printers. If for whatever reason, our engineers are unable to fix the printer initially on site, they always carry a supply of spare parts and even a replacement printer to ensure production lines get back up and running efficiently whilst we continue to further diagnose the problem back at our warehouse.
- Weekend cover. We appreciate that many of our customers have production lines that work 24/7. That’s why we provide weekend cover for emergencies to ensure we provide the support needed to keep production lines moving.
- Free samples. We want to ensure our customers have the correct ink for their printing needs. We regularly provide free samples for customer to test them out on their products and that their coding is clear and visible.
- Free trials. As well as the free samples, we also provide free trials on printers to allow customers to test out the printer on their production lines.
